The Transmisser runs the instrument signal through a modulated reverb with an extended decay, and the reverb output is then fed into a resonant filter. The result is aimed at drones, sweeping filtered washes and other experimental ambience instead of traditional spring or room sounds.
Six knobs shape the sound: Decay sets trail length, Darkness tones the reverb, Freq sets the filter frequency, Warp acts as a system-wide slew control that changes filter depth, decay character and modulation width, Rate sets modulation speed, and Mix blends wet and dry. The filter frequency can also be swept with an expression pedal.
The pedal is true bypass with relay-based electronic switching, so audio does not pass when it is unpowered. It runs from a 9 V DC supply with a 2.1 mm negative-center barrel and draws 76 mA. An expression pedal connects through a dedicated jack on the side, wired tip to wiper, ring to 3.3 V and sleeve to ground.
