The UBOOM L is a portable Bluetooth speaker built around two 55mm transducers delivering 2 x 14W. A bass-enhancement algorithm running on a dedicated DSP works with dual side-mounted passive radiators to add low-end weight. Three sound modes (Indoor, Outdoor and Video) change the tuning for the listening situation.
The housing carries an IP67 rating, so it is dust-tight, resistant to salt water, can be washed and floats on water. A built-in speakerphone allows hands-free calls. Two units can be paired for true wireless stereo, with one playing the left channel and the other the right, or switched to a party mode where both play the same channel.
Connection is via Bluetooth 5.0 (A2DP, AVRCP, HFP, HSP) with a range of up to 15 m in open space, or through a 3.5mm aux input. A USB-C port is used for charging; the 7.4V battery gives up to 16 hours of playback depending on volume and content. A companion mobile app is available for control.
