Hades RE is a fully analog monophonic bass synthesizer. Its sound source is a single oscillator with two sub octaves, which feeds a 3-pole resonating low-pass filter and an OTA distortion stage.
Modulation comes from a wide-range triangle LFO and two envelopes: an AD/RS envelope and an AR amplitude envelope.
The unit is built in a 42HP Eurorack format and is powered over USB, so it can run as a small standalone instrument. It has 11 patch points for connecting it with other modular or semi-modular gear.
