Osmo 360 II is a dual-lens 360° camera built around two square CMOS sensors, each with an imaging area equivalent to a 1-inch 4:3 sensor. It records 8K/60fps HDR 360° video with a 14.5-stop dynamic range and an f/1.9 aperture, plus 120MP HDR panoramic photos. Video formats use 10-bit colour, and D-Log M is available for grading. Other modes include 16K timelapse (exported through DJI Studio), 4K/240fps slow motion and, with the separate Vortex Rotating Handle, 8K/120fps Vortex video.
Both lenses carry a hard optical coating and can be replaced if damaged. The body weighs 183 g, has 105GB of internal storage, and is rated IP68 for use to 10 m without a case. A separate waterproof case extends this to 50 m. Spotlight Follow tracks a subject and exports flat video up to 4K/30fps. Gesture and voice control are included.
It pairs with a phone through NFC and the DJI Mimo app, which handles editing, templates and transfer. DJI Studio on desktop adds stitching, tracking and a DaVinci Resolve plugin. The four-microphone array can be supplemented by direct connection to DJI Mic 3 or DJI Mic Mini 2. A dual-direction magnetic quick-release with a 1/4″ thread fits Osmo and standard camera mounts.
