The CEOL N-12 combines a two-channel amplifier, CD player, FM/AM tuner and network streamer in one small chassis. Power is rated at 2 x 65 W into 4 ohms. Speakers are not supplied, so any suitable pair can be chosen to match the room. Tone controls cover bass, treble and balance.
Streaming runs through HEOS, with AirPlay 2, Bluetooth, Spotify Connect, Tidal, Deezer, TuneIn internet radio and Roon Tested status. Alexa voice control is supported, and the unit works with HEOS multi-room setups alongside Denon Home speakers. Three quick select buttons give direct access to favourite sources or playlists, and a 3-line OELD display shows status. Bluetooth headphone transmission is also available.
For wired sources there is an HDMI ARC input for a TV, an optical digital input, an AUX analog input and a phono MM input for a turntable. Outputs include a headphone jack, main pre-out and subwoofer pre-out. Network connection is by Ethernet or Wi-Fi, and a front USB-A port plays local audio files. Speaker connection is by screw terminals.
