The Prime GO is a two-channel standalone DJ console that works without a computer. A multi-core processor runs Engine OS, which handles track loading, library browsing, search and waveform display on a 7-inch HD multi-touch screen. Music can be played from USB drives or an SD card, and sets can be recorded directly to connected USB or SD media.
The mixer section has a crossfader, 3-band EQ per channel, two independent microphone channels with level control, and an auxiliary input. Two effect sections are provided: an assignable Beat FX module and an in-line Sweep FX/Filter. Dual-bank 2x4 performance pads cover hot cues, loops and beat rolls, and Timestretch and Key Shift are available for open-format mixing. Audio runs at 24-bit/44.1 kHz.
Built-in Wi-Fi and an Ethernet port connect the unit to streaming services including Beatport LINK, Beatsource LINK, SoundCloud GO+ and TIDAL, and to Dropbox for personal cloud libraries. Outputs include balanced XLR master, RCA, and balanced 1/4-inch booth, with both 1/4-inch and 3.5 mm headphone outputs. A USB port links the unit to a computer.
