SPEKTOR 2

The SPEKTOR 2 is a two-way compact loudspeaker from the DALI SPEKTOR series. Its cabinet has a larger internal volume than the smaller SPEKTOR 1, which gives it extra bass output for its size. It can be placed on a shelf, on a wall or on a stand, and it also works as a surround channel in a home cinema setup.

The 5¼-inch woofer uses a cone made from fine-grain paper and wood fibre pulp, which is light and rigid and has an uneven surface to reduce resonances. The 25 mm tweeter has a woven fabric dome. The drivers are designed for wide dispersion, so the sound stays consistent away from the central listening position and the speaker can be placed with some flexibility.

The speaker uses DALI-designed drivers and crossovers built from quality components to keep signal loss close to zero. It is designed to suit most stereo amplifiers and surround receivers in its price category, with a recommended amplifier power of 25 to 100 watts. The model is listed as discontinued and was available in a walnut finish.
