Compact active wireless bookshelf speaker from DALI's OBERON C range, aimed at smaller rooms. It pairs with a DALI SOUND HUB or SOUND HUB COMPACT and has a 5.25-inch woofer, a 29 mm soft dome tweeter and two built-in Class D amplifiers.

The OBERON 1 C is a self-powered two-way bookshelf speaker that receives audio wirelessly from a DALI SOUND HUB or SOUND HUB COMPACT. It belongs to the DALI EQUI ecosystem, so sources such as Bluetooth, CD, internet radio or a turntable can be connected to the hub, and the speaker can also be used in a multichannel surround setup.
Each driver has its own closed-loop Class D amplifier rated at 50 W peak, and a 24-bit DSP handles the active crossover at 2,350 Hz. The 5.25-inch bass/midrange driver uses a wood fibre composite cone and a magnet system with DALI's patented SMC (Soft Magnetic Composite) disc, intended to reduce mechanical distortion. The tweeter is a 29 mm soft dome. The wireless link carries uncompressed 24-bit / 96 kHz audio with typical latency under 15 ms when used with the SOUND HUB COMPACT.
The cabinet is made from CNC-machined MDF with internal damping. It can be placed on a shelf, built into AV furniture, mounted on the DALI CONNECT Stand E-600, or hung on a wall using the rear keyhole slots. The model is listed as discontinued.
