The Rithimic is a signature four-string bass built around an alder body capped with a spalted maple and padauk top. The bolt-on hard maple neck has a C-shaped profile, an ebony fingerboard with abalone inlays and 21 medium-jumbo frets, and a two-way adjustable truss rod. The nut is Graphtech Black TUSQ, 38 mm wide.

Sound comes from a pair of Bartolini Jeff Berlin custom soapbar pickups, one at the neck and one at the bridge. They are split-coil designs. Controls are passive: one volume, one balance and one tone. The Babicz FCH4 full contact bridge is intended to keep action and intonation settings stable, even with the strings removed.

Hipshot Ultralite tuners with a 20:1 ratio are fitted, made from cast zinc with aluminum posts and nuts. The bass comes strung with DR DDT (Drop Down Tuning) strings in a 40-100 gauge and is set up with low action. Hardware is gold, with a matte neck finish and a gloss body finish. It is a passive instrument with a standard output jack and has no wireless or digital connections.
