The AC100 is a traditional-style classical guitar from Cort's Classic series, re-engineered to improve resonance. It pairs a spruce top with mahogany back and sides, giving a warm, deep and mellow tone. The series is described as forgiving for students, needing slightly less precision to sound good.

Construction uses traditional fan bracing inside the body to support the vibration of nylon strings. The mahogany neck has a dovetail joint, a merbau fingerboard with 19 frets, a classical head volute for thumb comfort, and a 650mm scale length with a 52mm nut width. Binding is black and the rosette is custom designed.

The guitar is acoustic only, with no pickup or electronics, and comes strung with Savarez Cristal Corum 500CJ high-tension strings (polished silver-wound basses, Cristal trebles). No case is included. The open pore finish is the version covered here; a semi gloss version also exists.
