DB2D
The DB2D is a 10-inch powered subwoofer with two opposed 250 mm Aerofoil cone drivers in a single cabinet. It suits home theater and music systems, particularly alongside Bowers & Wilkins 800 Series speakers, and is set up and controlled from a phone app.

The DB2D is a compact sealed-style active subwoofer built around two 250 mm (10 in) Aerofoil cone drive units mounted back to back. This opposed arrangement cancels cabinet vibration so that the amplifier's output goes into bass rather than into the enclosure. The drivers are the same type used in the maker's flagship 800 D4 speakers, and a high-efficiency digital amplifier powers them.
A digital preamplifier handles signal processing, including Dynamic EQ and Room EQ, to tune the bass to the listening room and the playback level. Digital amplification runs cool and uses little energy, even under load. The subwoofer app guides placement and set-up and offers further control to refine the sound.
Connections are two balanced XLR inputs, two RCA inputs, two 3.5 mm 12V trigger connections and an RS-232 control port on a 9-pin D connector. Bluetooth LE links the subwoofer to the app. It is offered in Gloss Black or Satin White cabinet finishes, with black or grey grilles.
