The CWM663 is a two-way in-wall speaker in the Performance series. Its bass/midrange driver is a 150mm (6in) blue Aramid Fibre cone mounted in a die-cast chassis, which adds rigidity to support tighter, faster low-end response.
The high-frequency section uses a 25mm (1in) aluminium dome tweeter loaded with a Nautilus tube, a design that absorbs unwanted radiation from the rear of the dome. A three-position high-frequency switch lets the installer adjust the treble balance to suit the room and the placement.
The speaker is offered in white. A manual, info sheet and dimensional drawing are available from the maker for installation planning. Custom installation specialists can be consulted for bespoke projects.
