Deskrizzjoni
The VB-2W is a compact stompbox built around an all-analog circuit with a BBD (bucket brigade) vibrato line. A Standard/Custom switch selects between a true reproduction of the original VB-2 vibrato and a new vibrato voice that uses a unique filter wave. Rate, Depth and Rise Time knobs shape the effect, with Rise Time setting how gradually the vibrato comes in.
A Mode knob offers three behaviours: Latch, Unlatch and Bypass. Unlatch applies the effect only while the pedal switch is held, which suits vibrato on single notes or chords. Bypass takes the BBD out of the signal path when the effect is off, which removes latency. The effect depth can also be controlled in real time with an optional expression pedal.
The pedal has input, output, depth (expression) and DC IN jacks. It runs on a 9V battery, which is included, or on an optional PSA-series AC adaptor. It is made in Japan and comes with a five-year warranty.
