Beskrivelse
The MT-2 is a battery- or adaptor-powered analog distortion stomp box built around two gain stages in series. The first stage emphasises midrange clarity and feeds a more aggressive second stage, while seven stages of pre- and post-distortion filtering keep the sound tight at different settings.
Tone shaping comes from a post-distortion active equaliser with Low, Middle and High bands, each giving up to 15 dB of boost or cut. The midrange band is semi-parametric, with a frequency control that can be set anywhere between 200 Hz and 5 kHz, so the pedal can produce scooped rhythm tones or mids that cut through a mix. Level and Distortion knobs complete the control set.
It has a 1/4-inch input and output, a buffered bypass and a DC input for an optional PSA-series adaptor. A 9 V battery is supplied, and a check indicator shows the battery state. The housing is a compact pedal format and is covered by a five-year warranty.
