Deskrizzjoni
The Eurus GS-1 combines an alder-body, bolt-on maple-neck electric guitar with an independent polyphonic synth engine. A mode switch moves between regular guitar sound and the selected synth sound. Six onboard memories hold synth patches, and a synth control knob lets the player shape the sound while playing.
The guitar side has two custom humbuckers with a five-way selector that gives split-coil voicings at two positions, a 24-fret Indian rosewood fingerboard with a 305–407 mm compound radius, a bone nut, a Gotoh two-point tremolo bridge and Gotoh locking tuners. A gig bag is included.
The guitar and synth have separate 1/4-inch outputs, so each can go to its own amp or processing chain. Onboard Bluetooth links the guitar to the GS-1 Editor app for iOS and Android, where synth types, tone, resonance and the control knob assignment can be edited. The optional EV-1-WL wireless MIDI expression pedal also connects over Bluetooth. A USB port is used for system updates, and the synth runs on four AA batteries or an optional PSA-series adaptor.
