The DC-2W is a Waza Craft compact pedal with all-analog audio circuitry that reproduces the Dimension spatial effect. A switch selects between S (Standard) mode, which matches the original 1985 DC-2 Dimension C pedal, and SDD-320 mode, which models the Roland SDD-320 Dimension D studio rack unit. The effect widens and deepens a signal rather than adding noticeable modulation, so it differs from a conventional chorus.

Four preset buttons with LED indicators, now electronic rather than mechanical, give four sounds in each mode. Pressing two buttons together adds six more variations per mode, for 20 sounds in total. The pedal has a buffered bypass with a redesigned internal bypass circuit, so the signal stays transparent when the effect is off.

Two input and two output jacks allow mono or stereo use, from guitar and bass pedalboards to keyboards, audio interfaces and mixing consoles. Power comes from a 9 V alkaline battery or an optional PSA-series AC adaptor. The unit is made in Japan and carries a five-year BOSS warranty.
