Xenyx X2222USB

The X2222USB is a 2/2-bus mixer with 8 onboard XENYX mic preamps. Each channel has a British-style EQ with a semi-parametric mid band, and mono channels have a one-knob compressor with a status LED that lights at the compression threshold. All mono channels have inserts for outboard processors.

A 24-bit dual-engine Multi-FX processor offers 16 editable presets, including reverb, chorus, flanger, delay, pitch shifter and multi-effects. Time-based effects can be tempo-set with a Tap button. Effects can be applied to any channel, the monitors and the main output, or bypassed when external gear is preferred. Every channel has 3 aux sends (one switchable pre/post fader, one post fader that can feed the internal FX or an external unit), clip LEDs, mute, Main Mix and Subgroup routing, plus Solo and PFL. The mixer also has 3 stereo aux returns and 2 subgroups with separate outputs.

A built-in bi-directional stereo USB audio interface connects to a PC or Mac with a single USB cable, so any signal on the mixer can be recorded to the computer. Recording and editing software is supplied.
