The VMX100USB is a two-channel DJ mixer that connects straight to a computer over USB. It can play back and record digital music files on a PC or Mac without installing drivers. RCA inputs take turntables, tape decks, CD players and mp3 players, and a dedicated microphone input covers announcements or vocals.
Each channel has a Gain control and a 2-band kill EQ (-32 dB). The channel faders are rated for up to 500,000 cycles, and the crossfader is VCA-controlled with an adjustable curve. Two built-in BPM counters offer Sync Lock and Beat Assist to help keep tracks matched. A 10-segment LED ladder shows the level of the main output.
USB is the link to the computer, for both playing back a library and capturing a mix. A free download of a software bundle for music production and editing is offered with the mixer.
