The FBQ6200HD is a two-channel graphic equalizer with 31 bands per channel and 45 mm long-throw faders. Its FBQ Feedback Detection System senses feedback in a given frequency range and lights the LED on the matching fader, showing which band to pull down.
Each channel has sweepable high-cut and low-cut filters for removing rumble, room resonance and hum, plus a switchable limiter with its own threshold control. A built-in crossover provides a dedicated subwoofer output with an adjustable cut-off from 30 to 200 Hz. A pink noise generator lets the unit work as a spectrum analyzer for system tuning. Signal paths use 4580 dual operational amplifiers.
Balanced XLR outputs allow direct connection to power amplifiers or active subwoofers. The two channels can serve as a stereo front-of-house EQ, or one side can handle mono FOH while the other equalizes monitors.
