The DEEPMIND 12X pairs a fully analog signal path with digital effects and extensive control options. Each of the 12 voices has two oscillators, a switchable 12/24 dB low pass filter, two LFOs and three four-stage ADSR envelope generators. A 6 dB high pass filter with a +12 dB bass boost shapes the output, and a global noise generator adds further waveform options.
Modulation and performance tools include an 8-channel modulation matrix with 19 sources and more than 130 destinations, a 32-step control sequencer, a polyphonic arpeggiator with up to 6 octaves, polyphonic portamento and a chord memory. Four simultaneous FX engines offer over 33 algorithms, and a true bypass mode removes the digital effects from the signal path. Sounds are stored in 1024 user memory slots.
Connections include servo-balanced stereo TRS outputs, headphone output, sustain and pedal/CV inputs, MIDI In/Out/Thru and USB MIDI. A built-in WiFi client/access point allows remote control from an iPad, PC or Mac app, and selected Android apps, without a separate router.
