Description

The BASS BRASSMASTER FUZZ is a reissue of a little-known vintage fuzz circuit in pedal form. It is aimed at players who want a heavy, biting distortion that still holds its definition against other instruments, and it suits bass, guitar and baritone guitar.

Three knobs set the balance of the sound: BASS VOL controls how much of the clean signal is blended in, BRASS VOL sets the level of the fuzz in the mix, and SENSITIVITY determines how much fuzz distortion is generated. Two toggle switches, BRASS and HARMONIC, change the character of the fuzz further, so tones can range from subtle grit to very heavy distortion.

The pedal is described as suitable for styles from classic rock to sludgy doom metal. Its housing is built to cope with regular gigging and heavy stomping.
