The Sumo 19SE is a 19-inch HD HDR monitor-recorder-switcher for on-set use, with 4K recording and HD multi-camera switching. It suits directors, DITs and camera teams who need monitoring, recording to SSD and live switching on one screen.

The Sumo 19SE combines a 19-inch Full HD touchscreen (1200 nit HDR, DCI-P3 gamut) with a recorder and a live switcher. It records 10-bit 4:2:2 Apple ProRes, ProRes RAW and Avid DNx from SDI or HDMI sources to SATA SSD or external USB-C drives, and can play and record up to four ISO camera feeds plus a fifth program channel while switching in real time.
Monitoring tools include focus peaking, zoom, zebras, false color, frame guides, SMPTE safe areas, grid markers, waveform, RGB parade, vectorscope and 3D/1D LUT support with .cube file uploads. Audio is 24-bit/48 kHz PCM, with two balanced XLR inputs (switchable 48 V phantom power), balanced XLR outputs, built-in speakers and a headphone jack.
Video connects through two 12G-SDI and two 3G-SDI inputs plus HDMI, with a 12G-SDI output. Power comes from a 4-pin XLR DC supply or a single battery. Reference input and LTC timecode input support multi-camera setups. Calibration is possible with Calibrite probes through the Atomos Calibrator app.
