The LAYLA is a universal-fit in-ear monitor made by Jerry Harvey Audio in collaboration with Astell&Kern, with 12 balanced armature drivers per side. It is aimed at listeners and engineers who want a reference or mastering-style IEM with adjustable bass.

The LAYLA is a flagship universal-fit in-ear monitor from the Sirens Series, developed by Jerry Harvey Audio together with Astell&Kern. It was designed as the company's first reference or mastering IEM and uses custom balanced armature drivers, with twelve per side arranged as three quad-driver sets under the soundrIVe name.
The crossover uses 4th-order filters throughout. A stainless steel tube waveguide with FreqPhase technology is intended to align the arrival time of each driver's signal to within 0.01 milliseconds. Bass is adjustable through a cable control, from a flat response up to +13dB at 60Hz.
Earpieces attach with a 4-pin cable connection secured by a machined aluminum locking collar. Two cables are supplied: a 3.5mm unbalanced cable and a balanced cable with a 2.5mm 4-pole plug, tuned for the AK240 and usable with other Astell&Kern players that have a 2.5mm balanced output. The earpieces are handmade in the USA.
