RackBrute 6U is a Eurorack carrier offering 176HP of total width, or 171HP once the supplied 5HP power module is fitted. The chassis is aluminum with two wood side panels, and the handle, chassis and threaded nut strips are made of aluminum or steel.
The power module supplies up to 1600mA on +12V, 1600mA on -12V and 900mA on +5V. The +12V and -12V rails are split into four separate 800mA circuits. A power rail with noise filtering offers 32 standard power slots, divided into a 20-slot zone and a 12-slot zone, each with up to 800mA on +12V and -12V.
The Link system lets the handle be set at different angles and lets the case be fastened to another RackBrute unit or to a MiniBrute 2 or 2S in various configurations. Retractable stops and built-in spacers protect modules when two units are carried together, and anti-slip strips keep the case steady when it lies face-up. An optional RackBrute Travel Case is available.
