Description

The AHM-16 is a fixed-installation audio matrix processor built around a 96kHz FPGA core with low latency. It provides a 16×16 processing matrix, with all 16 outputs configurable as mono or stereo zones or as speaker-processing outputs. Every input and zone has an 8-band parametric EQ, dynamics and delay, and speaker outputs add crossover filters, delay, limiter, PEQ and all-pass filters.

Installation-oriented tools include an automatic mic mixer, ambient noise compensation, priority ducking, EQ ganging, NTP support, an event scheduler, integrated stereo playback and four user profiles. A front panel screen with navigation and four programmable SoftKeys handles volume, source select and preset recall.

Local I/O is 8 mic/line inputs and 8 relay-protected line outputs on Phoenix connectors, with a 2×2 GPIO interface. An I/O port accepts option cards (Dante, MADI, Waves, SLink) for networks up to 128×128. Control is via IP1, IP6 and IP8 remote controllers, a networkable GPIO interface, TCP/IP for third-party systems, Crestron, AMX and Extron drivers, System Manager software for Mac and Windows, and a Custom Control app for BYOD.
