The A7 is an active studio monitor from ADAM Audio. The maker has stopped producing it and lists the A7X as its successor, part of the AX-Series.
The model was covered by a wide range of trade press reviews, published in German, English and Spanish, which the maker offers as PDF downloads. Documentation for the A7 includes a user manual in English and German, a French user manual and a German product sheet.
The product page does not list technical data such as drivers, amplifier power, inputs or dimensions, so those details should be checked in the user manual before listing a unit.
